Can I swicth from a paying account to Basic Twitter Account?
No, because, part of the requirements of the basic account is to share all trades on twitter. Since you might have already loaded trades there is no way for us to shares in those existing trades for you. We recommend just opening a brand new account with us using twitter free.
Can I have multiple trading account?
Yes, you can add as many trading accounts as you need to. We recommend opening a portfolio for each trading account so you can keep them separate.
Can I enter trades on the mobile application?
Yes, you can enter stock trades on the mobile application.
How can I get accesss to the mobile app?
You can download our mobile trading journal application from the Apple Store or the Google Play store. Keep in mind you must have an active Elite subscription to access the mobile app.
Can I sync my trading account instead of importing or adding trades manually?
No, because, no brokers provide a time of the trade which makes it impossible to determine whether your trade was long or short.
Can you automatically detect setups and assign them to trades?
No, we can not detect which setups you are using for the trade. That is up to you to properly assign setups to your trades.
What filter are available for the trade journal?
The following are the available filters on the desktop application: Symbol: Filter by a specific symbol. Setup: Filter by mistakes you added onto your trades. Side: Long or Short Mistakes: Filter by mistakes you added onto your trades. Status: Loss, Win, Open or Break Even Portfolio: You can create your own portfolios on the app. […]
