To permanently delete your account:
- Access Your Profile: In the left sidebar menu, locate and click on your profile button, usually represented by your profile picture or initials.
- Open the Account Deletion Menu: Once your profile settings are open, click on the three-dot button at the top of the page. A dropdown menu will appear.
- Start the Account Deletion Process: From the dropdown menu, select “Delete my account.” This will open a new popup window.
- Confirm Account Deletion: In the popup window, type “Delete me” to confirm your intention to delete your account.
- Accept Deletion: Click on the “Accept” button to proceed with the deletion of your account.
Important Note: Please be aware that deleting your account is irreversible. All associated information, including any paid plans, will be permanently removed. No refunds or data recovery will be possible.
