How to Enter

No purchase is required. To enter the contest, visit the TraderSync website, click on Market Replay, then click on Register under the contest. If your trial is about to expire you can opt to continue under a free account by requesting support via the live chat on the TraderSync website to change your account to a free account. If you already have a paying account with TraderSync, you can simply just opt to register for the contest.

Limit of one entry per person. If you attempt or are suspected of attempting to enter more than one entry it shall be deemed as tampering and will void your entries.

Eligibility

The contest is open worldwide for persons who have reached age majority in their province/estate territory of residence at the Contest opening date.

Employees of TraderSync, as well as such employees, immediate family (father/mother, brother/sister, son/daughter), or persons living under the same roof, are not eligible to enter this contest.

Procedure for Awarding Prizes

On the end date of the contest, TraderSync will declare the winner based on the ranking shown on the contest result page. Which qualified contestants will be ranked based on their realized profit and loss from the contest.

The winner will be contacted by email during the week following the draw and should claim their prize as instructed by TraderSync by no later than 7 days after the date they initially contacted. If the winner can not be reached via email within 7 days following the first attempt of contact, declines the prize, used an invalid email, or is found with tampering the price shall be forfeited and TraderSync has the right, at its sole discretion, to select another winner.

Winners must join a short video and audio interview with TraderSync’s team to be able to claim the prizes. The video and audio interview will be short and will be utilized for marketing purposes.

Description of Prizes

• The first place will receive an Elite TraderSync subscription for one year and a $700 Amazon gift card.
• The second place will receive an Elite TraderSync subscription for one year and a $200 Amazon gift card.
• The third place will receive an Elite TraderSync subscription for one year and a $100 Amazon gift card.

 

General Rules

1. To be declared a winner, the selected contestant must have placed at least one trade. A trade is considered a set of two or more execution that created a realized profit and loss.
2. You must use a real and verified email that belongs to you prior to the contest registration date for your entry to qualify.
3. You are only allowed to use one browser session to qualify, attempting to use more than one session will disqualify you, and your account will be banned and suspended.
4. For a trade to qualify, this one needs to be closed.
5. Only realized profit and loss will be considered.
6. If you attempt to tamper with the results by having more than one entry you will be banned and your entry will be voided.
7. Prizes shall be accepted as is and may not be exchanged or refunded for an amount of money, sold, or transferred. No substitutions will be allowed. Any unused portion of a prize will be forfeited.
8. If you have been previously suspended, banned, or have issued a dispute again any TraderSync charge, you do qualify as a contestant and your account will be terminated.
9. You are only permitted to have one contest entry. More than one attempt will be banned.
10. Only one contest entry per browser, per IP is allowed.
11. The use of a bug in your benefit to gain greater profits is considered cheating, and you will be disqualified
12. Any breach of the rules to attempt to cheat the system will lead to a permanent, non disputable lifetime ban from the contest and any future contest.
13. If the prize cannot be awarded as described in these rules, TraderSync reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component with another of comparable value, as determined in its sole discretion
14. Refusal to accept the prize releases the Contest Parties from any obligation toward the winner
15. If a contestant makes any false statement, (s)he will be automatically disqualified from the Contest.
16. The Contest Parties assume no liability for any loss, damage or injury, including without limitation: (i) lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, misdirected, late, destroyed, illegible or incomplete entries; (ii) loss, theft or damage to software or computer or telephone data, including any breach of privacy; (iii) fraudulent calls; (iv) inability of any person to participate in the Contest for nany reason including mistaken addresses on mail or e-mail; technical, computer or telephone malfunctions or other problems with computer on-line systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, or software; congestion on the internet or at any website, or any combination of the foregoing; (v) damage to any person’s computer, including as a result of playing or downloading any material relating to the Contest; (vi) any delay or inability to act resulting from an event or situation beyond their control, including a strike, lockout or other labour dispute at their location or the locations of the organizations and businesses whose services are used to administer this Contest; or (vii) prizes that are lost, damaged or misdirected during shipping.
17. TraderSync reserves the right to cancel or suspend this Contest should a virus, bug or other cause beyond their reasonable control corrupt the security or proper administration of the Contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest is a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, TraderSync reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution.
18. All winners must join a short recorded interview with TraderSync. Video and audio are needed. This will be used for marketing purposes. The prize will be awarded after the interview is completed. Without the interview, the amazon gift card can not be awarded.
19. The amazon gift card will be awarded to the email used for the contest. No replacement can be done.
20. All personal information, such as name and contact information, is collected by TraderSync solely for the purposes of administering this Contest and shall not be used for any other purpose without your express consent. 21. If the identity of a contestant is disputed, the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of entry will be deemed to be the contestant. The individual assigned to the e-mail address for the domain associated with the submitted email address is considered the authorized account holder. A selected contestant may be required to provide proof that (s)he is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the selected entry. All entries must be submitted from a valid e-mail account that may be identified by reverse domain name search. The sole determinant of time for the purposes of receipt of a valid entry in this Contest will be the Contest server.
22. Odds of winning depend on the realized profit and loss you accumulate during the contest through the contest playlist on TraderSync Market Replay application. All entries that are incomplete, illegible, damaged, irregular, have been submitted through illicit means, using any robotic, automatic programmed method that artificially increases the odds of
    winning or do not conform to or satisfy any condition of the rules may be disqualified by the TraderSync . TraderSync is not responsible for any errors or omissions in advertising this Contest.
23. TraderSync reserves the right to amend the Contest rules or to terminate the Contest at any time without any liability to any contestant. Any amendments to these Contest rules will be posted on the Website.
24. By entering, you agree to abide by the Contest rules and the decisions of TraderSync, which decisions are final and binding on all contestants.
25. TraderSync reverses the right at its own discretion to disqualify, suspend or ban contestant and user accounts.
