How can I change the first name or last name?

Want your real name on your profile? You can update your first and last name in a few clicks.

  1. Click the Settings gear at the bottom left of the side navigation.
  2. Under Personal & Account, click Personal Info.
  3. In the Profile card, type your new name in First Name and/or Last Name. Use letters only, no spaces or special characters.
  4. Click Save Changes, then click Save in the confirmation window.

A “Changes saved” message appears and your new name shows across TraderSync.
