Method 1: Submit a Support Ticket

1. Click on the Support button (represented by a “?” icon) in the left sidebar menu.
2. A new window will open where you can type your query or request.
3. Submit your ticket by clicking the Submit button.

Method 2: Live Chat Support

1. Click on the chat bubble icon located in the bottom right corner of your dashboard.
2. Click on the Send us a message option to start a live chat.
3. Type your query or request and click the Send button to send your message.
