How can I delete the trades of one particular portfolio?

Copy to clipboard

Want to re-import one account from scratch? Delete all the trades of just that account and leave the rest of your data alone.

  1. Open the Trades page and click the Accounts filter at the top right.
  2. Tick the account whose trades you want to delete. The list reloads to show only that account.
  3. Tick the checkbox in the table header to select every trade in the list. The counter above the list shows how many trades are selected.
  4. Click the trash icon in the toolbar (Delete trades).
  5. A window warns that the setups, mistakes, tags, notes, screenshots and journal entries linked to these trades will be lost and cannot be recovered. Click Delete to confirm or Cancel to keep everything.

Shortcut: on the Accounts page, open the account’s menu (⋮) and choose Delete All Trades. Make sure the Date range and other filters at the top of Trades are cleared if you want every trade of the account, not only the ones in the current range.
