How can I Import a file?

If your broker does not sync, download your trade history from it and import the file into the right account.

  1. Go to the Accounts page.
  2. Choose where the trades go. To add them to an account you already have, click the three dots on its row and choose Add Trades Via File Upload. For a new account, click Add New Account at the top right, then find your broker in the list or use the search box.
  3. Open the File Upload tab and read the Tutorial panel on the right. It shows how to download the file from your broker.
  4. Choose the Date Format that matches the dates in your file. If your broker asks for a Timezone, choose the timezone the times in the file use.
  5. Drag the file into the box, or click Upload File and pick it from your computer.
  6. Click Import. A message tells you how many new trades were imported, and the trade count on the account goes up.

If your broker does not show instructions, contact the support team and they will help you. To take an import back, see How can I undo my last imported trades?
