Two trades ended up stuck together as one? You can pull the executions that belong to the other trade out into a trade of their own.
- Open the trade from the Trades page (click its row).
- In the executions table, tick the checkbox of each execution you want to move out.
- Click the Split Trade icon in the bar that appears above the table. The three-dot menu next to it has the same Split Trade option.
- In the window that opens, click Split Trade to confirm.
- If the fills you picked leave both trades open (for example you moved a single buy), the window also asks you to tick I understand both trades will stay open. Tick it and click Split anyway.
The selected executions move into a new trade, and both trades are recalculated, so the P&L of the original trade changes. The split is kept the next time the account syncs. To put trades back together, select them on the Trades page and use Merge.
