Taking a break from trading? You can cancel your subscription yourself, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Note that this flow has no separate confirmation step, so read the buttons before you click.
- Click the Settings icon (gear) at the bottom of the left sidebar and open Billing under Personal & Account.
- Click the three-dot menu on your plan card and choose Cancel Subscription. (On Plans, the Cancel Plan link under your current plan does the same.)
- Optional: tell us why you are leaving by picking a reason, then click Continue. Careful: if your reason has no offer, Continue cancels your subscription right away. Skip this question and cancel also cancels right away.
- Depending on your reason, you may be shown an offer, such as Pause instead of cancelling. Accept it if it suits you. No thanks, cancel subscription cancels immediately, with no further confirmation. To leave without cancelling, close the window with the X.
- After you cancel, the window shows the date until which your plan stays active. Click Done.
Cancelling does not delete your journal or trades.
