Do your executions show up an hour off? Set your timezone once and TraderSync converts your execution times and chart display to it.
- Click the Settings gear at the bottom left of the side navigation.
- Under Data & Trades, click General.
- Under Executions/Chart Timezone, open the list and pick your timezone. You can type your city to search.
There is no Save button: the change applies as soon as you pick a timezone. This only works if your broker supports exporting time or executions. After you change it, all the execution times in your account are converted to the new timezone, which can take up to 10 minutes depending on how many trades you have.
Still seeing timezone issues? Turn on Automatically Fix Timezone Issues under Automatic Timezone Detection on the same page. TraderSync then tries to align your executions with the timezone you selected.
