How can I connect my MetaTrader 4 or 5 account?

Trade on MT4 or MT5? Pick your server from a list and your trades flow in on their own, with no exports.

  1. Go to the Accounts page and click Add New Account.
  2. Search for your MetaTrader broker and click it.
  3. On the Auto-Sync tab, under Type, choose MT4 or MT5.
  4. Open Server Name and pick your broker’s server from the list; live and demo servers are tagged LIVE and DEMO. If yours is missing, click My server isn’t listed and enter it by hand.
  5. Type your Login ID and your Investor Password (the read-only password works), then choose Live Account or the test option.
  6. Click Add Account. The button stays grey until the fields are filled. The first sync starts and your trades come in.

Tip: use the investor (read-only) password so TraderSync can read your trades but never place any.
