First option

1. Click on the “Configuration” gear icon on the bottom left corner of the application
2. Select “Mistakes” from the left menu
3. Click on the button Add Mistake
4. Add Mistake Name

Second option:

1. Click to open a trade
2. Scroll down to the “Mistake” section
3. Type the name of Mistake and press enter
