Done with TraderSync and want your data gone? You can delete your account yourself, after confirming with your password.
- Click the Settings icon (gear) at the bottom of the left sidebar and open Personal Info under Personal & Account.
- Click the three-dot icon next to Change Password.
- Choose Delete my account. A Delete Account? window opens.
- Enter your password in the field provided to confirm it is you.
- Click Delete to permanently delete your account. Click Cancel instead if you changed your mind.
Deleting your account is irreversible: all your data, including any paid plan, is permanently removed, and it cannot be recovered.
