Changed your broker password, or your trades stopped coming in? Update the connection and sync again in a couple of clicks.
- Go to the Accounts page and find the account whose sync stopped. A failed sync shows its reason in the Status column.
- Click the three dots on that account’s row.
- Choose Edit Connection, type your new credentials (for example the API key and secret) and click Save. If the account has no credentials yet, the same spot reads Connect My Broker. For brokers such as cTrader or Tradovate, a connection window opens by itself when the login expires; click the broker’s own sign-in button there to reconnect.
- Open the menu again and choose Sync Latest Trades to pull what you missed, or Sync All Trade History to reload everything. While a sync is running, both are greyed out and the row shows its progress.
- To pause the schedule, choose Disable Auto Sync; the same item then reads Enable Auto Sync.
- To remove the stored keys for good, choose Delete Credentials and confirm. You can connect again later.
