How can I reset a forgotten password?

Locked out of your account? Reset your password from the login page in under a minute.

1. On the login page, click Forgot your password?
2. Type the email you signed up with in the Email field.
3. Click Reset Password. TraderSync emails you a link.
4. Open the email and click the link. Type your new password in New Password and Confirm New Password, click Reset Password, then Continue to Log In.

Tip: you can request another email after a short wait if it doesn’t arrive; check your spam folder first.
