Been testing with messy data and want a clean journal without losing your login? Resetting your account deletes all your trades and data but keeps your account.
- Click the Settings gear at the bottom left of the side navigation.
- Under Personal & Account, click Personal Info.
- Click the three-dot icon next to Change Password.
- Choose Reset my account. A Reset Account? window opens and warns that all your trades and data will be deleted, but your account will be kept.
- Enter your password in the field provided. The Reset button stays disabled until you type it.
- Click Reset to wipe your trades and data, or click Cancel if you changed your mind.
This cannot be undone, and your profile picture is removed too. After the reset you are taken back to your dashboard, starting from scratch.
