If Reports shows Access Restricted instead of your numbers, your plan does not include that report. Here is how to unlock it.
- Open Reports. Instead of your chart, the page shows an Access Restricted card.
- Read the message: Your current plan does not include access to analytics reports. The Evaluator report shows a similar card saying your plan does not include that report.
- Open Settings and choose Billing to check your current subscription.
- Click Upgrade (or open Plans) and choose Select plan on a plan that includes reports; if you already pay for a plan, the button says Change Plan.
- Return to Reports. Once your plan is active, the report loads with your numbers.
